Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote the franchise services/products in the local market through field marketing, digital campaigns, and events.
• Develop and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, and social media content.
• Conduct door-to-door, on-ground, or online promotions to attract new customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and communities for cross-promotion.
• Support customer acquisition efforts by generating leads and collecting customer data.
• Assist in organizing and executing promotional campaigns and events.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Maintain regular communication with the franchise manager for marketing updates and reporting.
