Key Responsibilities:-

1. Script Ideation & Story Development
Generate fresh, relevant, and audience-specific video concepts, hooks, and storylines.

Develop narrative arcs that maintain curiosity and emotion throughout the video.

Integrate facts, insights, and creative elements to produce unique content within your niche (e.g., history, mystery, travel, analysis, etc.).


2.Research & Accuracy

Conduct deep research across credible sources, articles, forums, or documentaries to ensure factual accuracy.

For AI-assisted topics, verify all generated data or claims manually before inclusion.

Cross-check key facts, figures, and timelines before script submission.


3. AI-Assisted Script Creation & Optimization

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Jasper, Sudowrite) for brainstorming, structure building, and draft enhancement.

Optimize AI outputs into human-sounding, engaging narratives with emotional flow.

Maintain originality and compliance with YouTube monetization and copyright policies.


. Audience-Centric Storytelling

Craft stories that emotionally connect and encourage watch-time completion.

Creative Collaboration & Feedback Loop

Brainstorm with the video editor, creative director, and thumbnail designer to align concept, tone, and visuals.

SEO & YouTube Optimization Alignment

Suggest optimized titles, hooks, and keywords for each script (SEO-friendly yet click-enticing).

Use keyword and trend research tools (vidIQ, TubeBuddy, Google Trends) before finalizing topics.
