Conduct in-field visits to engage with potential customers and generate new leads.
Follow up with inbound and outbound leads to pitch our live monitoring services effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular communication.
Participate in local events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company’s offerings.
Collect and analyze market feedback to adjust marketing strategies for better engagement.
Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth on-boarding and service delivery.
Maintain detailed records of leads, customer interactions, and conversions using CRM tools.
Prepare weekly performance reports and assist in the development of local marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English.
Confident personality with the ability to engage with customers face-to-face and over calls.
Ability to handle objections and close deals with persuasive communication.
