Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory UCO Collection Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing and executing daily UCO collection activities, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collection Coordination: Manage daily UCO collection activities from Points of Origin (PoO) in alignment with commercial contracts and schedules.

- New Business Development: Identify and engage new UCO producers to establish collection contracts.

- Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with external partners, including PoO and collection partners.

- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of UCO collection activities and contracts.

- Daily Planning: Collaborate with the Biofeedstock Commercial Manager to align collection activities with overall commercial objectives.

Requirements:

- Education: Relevant Diploma/degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in waste or residue collection, preferably UCO.

- Skills:

- Strong commercial negotiation and field-based operations experience.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driving license (car and truck) with access to own transportation.

- Language: Fluent in [Kannada, Telegu, Hindi, English(s) required].
