Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding HHI’s reach, building brand visibility, driving sponsorships, and ensuring strong engagement across events, social media, and partner networks. This role requires creativity, communication skills, and a strong business mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for Hip Hop International India events, workshops, and competitions.

• Plan and manage digital campaigns across social media, email, and influencer platforms.

• Collaborate with design/content teams to create engaging promotional materials.

• Build brand partnerships and enhance brand presence both online and offline.

• Coordinate PR activities and media outreach to maximize visibility.

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and approach potential sponsors, partners, and advertisers for HHI events.

• Develop proposals and pitch decks for sponsorships and collaborations.

• Manage client relationships, ensuring retention and long-term partnerships.

• Achieve revenue targets through ticketing, merchandising, and event-related sales.

• Explore cross-promotional opportunities with brands, studios, and influencers.

Event Support:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for HHI auditions, workshops, and finals.

• Support onsite event marketing and brand activations.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure brand commitments are delivered.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, or related field.

• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (event/entertainment industry preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Experience in digital marketing & social media management.

• Passion for dance, music, and entertainment industry is a big plus.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
