We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team, responsible for planning and executing strategic marketing campaigns across both online and offline platforms. The role focuses on promoting our services, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth. This is a hands on role that requires a strong understanding of service marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Good English speaking and presentable

• Working closely with Co-founder for managing administrative tasks on behalf of co-founder

• Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and domestic/international travel.

• Draft, design, and prepare high-quality presentations and visual materials for meetings and public events.

• Handle internal and external communications, including drafting emails, coordinating calls, and managing follow-ups.

• Organize logistics for meetings, conferences, workshops, and seminars.

• Support daily office operations, maintain organized records, and assist with documentation and reporting.

• Assist in updating website content and social media posts; coordinate with designers and tech support if needed.

• Stay updated with key developments in the organization and industry to ensure informed support.

• Any other routine work

• Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a Postgraduate degree, along with 2–3 years of hands-on experience—preferably within the legal services sector. The role calls for strong communication skills, familiarity with marketing and AI tools, and a creative approach to effectively promote our service-based offerings.
