Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the
engineering solutions market. Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings to
identify new business opportunities
. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients,
stakeholders, and partners. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
and proactive problem-solving.
• Technical Sales: Understand customer requirements in depth and translate them into engineering
solutions. Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to ensure that proposals meet the client's
needs.
• Sales Presentations & Proposals: Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and technical
proposals. Lead discussions on product features, benefits, and technical aspects to ensure alignment with
client needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal engineering, product, and project management teams to
ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with marketing to enhance product visibility and create
engaging campaigns.
• Negotiations & Closing: Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively and
efficiently. Ensure the terms and conditions align with company policies.
• Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor sales performance against targets, preparing regular reports and
forecasts. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continual improvement. •
Customer Support & Post-Sales: Oversee post-sales support to ensure customers' needs are met, manage
any escalated issues, and foster long-term relationships. Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. An MBA or advanced technical
certification is a plus.
• Experience: o 6-8 years of sales experience in an engineering or technical field. o Proven track record of
achieving and exceeding sales targets. o Experience in managing complex sales cycles and high-value
conlracls.
• Skills: o Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex solutions to non- technical clients.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. o Strategic thinking with a focus on
results and customer satisfaction. o Ability to work effectively in a teatJ1-oriented, collaborative
environment.
• Additional: o Need to travel as required.
