Position Overview
This role offers an ideal starting point for marketing graduates aspiring to build a successful
career in business development. You will undergo a structured 1-month training program
under an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) and gain hands-on experience
in:
Client acquisition & onboarding
Corporate sales strategy and execution
Marketing outreach and campaigns
Field visits and business meetings
Professional client communication
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the BDM in identifying and onboarding new clients
• Support customer acquisition strategies across industry segments
• Participate in meetings, sales pitches, and client presentations
• Execute targeted sales plans to drive business growth
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify leads
• Engage in CRM management, email campaigns, and digital outreach
• Join field visits to understand ground-level operations
• Foster long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups

Candidate Profile
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable to both field and office roles
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems or digital marketing tools is a plus
