This role is an ideal launchpad for ambitious marketing graduates seeking to build a career in business development and corporate sales. You will be trained for 3 months under our experienced Business Development Manager (BDM), and get direct exposure to:
Client acquisition strategies
Corporate communications
Real-time sales operations
Marketing initiatives
Field visits and business meetings
Work alongside the BDM to identify and onboard new clients.
Actively contribute to customer acquisition strategies across industries.
Participate in client meetings, sales pitches, and presentations.
Execute sales plans to drive business growth and revenue.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Assist in email campaigns, digital outreach, and CRM updates.
Join field visits to develop real-world understanding of sales and marketing functions.
Help build strong customer relationships through continuous engagement and follow-ups.
A recent graduate in Marketing (MBA/BMS/BBA) from a recognized institute.
0–8 months of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, energetic, and willing to work in a field and corporate setting.
Basic understanding of sales tools, CRM, or digital marketing is a plus.
Structured 3-month training program under a senior BDM.
Exposure to international clients and corporate business environments.
First-hand experience in client acquisition and sales execution.
