Job Description: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Corporate Office
Reporting Manager: Chief Operating Officer (CEO)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø Follow up with clients.
Ø Segregate India Mart leads accordingly and distribute it to the respective state managers.
Ø Prepare quotations.
Ø Sending mail to clients with the necessary details.
Ø Look into the expenses of marketing managers.
Ø Talk to clients and push for closure.
Ø Take daily, weekly and monthly reports for the managers.
Ø Conduct weekly meeting with the CEO.
Ø Update the CRM and make sure that managers update the CRM on a daily basis.
Ø Collect and maintain the database of India Mart leads and other reports.
Ø Update the COO on follow-ups of both his/her and marketing managers' follow-ups.
Ø Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
Ø Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.
Ø Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analysing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
Ø Tracks product line sales and costs by analysing and entering sales, expenses, and new business data.
Ø Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
Ø Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with the graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
Ø Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
Ø Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
Ø Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
Ø Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Ø Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.
Ø Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Ø Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Skills & Requirements:
Ø Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Ø Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
Ø Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Ø Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Ø Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Ø Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
Ø Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
Ø Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
Ø Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
