We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic LAMA candidate to join our team in the Real Estate / Construction industry.

📍 Location: Urapakkam, Chennai
👩‍💼 Experience: Freshers are welcome
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do:

Identify and evaluate potential land parcels for acquisition and development.
Handle documentation related to land purchase, registration, and legal due diligence.
Liaise with government departments and local authorities for approvals and clearances.
Ensure compliance with land laws, zoning regulations, and building norms.
Coordinate with legal teams, surveyors, and consultants for title verification and boundary demarcation.
Maintain records of land documents, approvals, and correspondences.
Support management in negotiations and project feasibility assessments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Law, Real Estate, or Civil background preferred)
1–5 years of experience in land acquisition or liaisoning (Freshers are most welcome!)
Strong communication and negotiation skills (Tamil mandatory)
Good knowledge of local land laws and approval processes
Proficiency in handling documentation and government liaison
