We’re expanding our visibility and talent network, and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us discover and onboard content creators, models, and campus ambassadors online. Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and outgoing Influencer Scout who can identify, connect, and collaborate with new-age talent that represents the MUUCHSTAC brand identity. This includes scouting influencers, content creators, college ambassadors, and brand models across platforms and locations. Key Responsibilities - Talent Scouting & Outreach • Actively search for and identify promising male and female influencers, content creators, and models across various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels. • Evaluate potential collaborators based on brand fit, audience demographics, content quality, and engagement levels. • Keep track of trending creators and social media movements to ensure MUUCHSTAC remains aligned with current digital trends. - Brand Representation & Communication • Serve as a brand ambassador by professionally presenting MUUCHSTAC’s brand values, grooming product range, and unique positioning in the men’s grooming industry. • Clearly communicate collaboration models, expectations, and deliverables to potential creators. • Maintain professional and courteous communication while building long-term relationships with talent. - Database Management & Reporting • Maintain a well-organized and regularly updated database of influencers and creators in Google Sheets or Excel. • Collect and log essential data including names, contact information, location, platform URLs, follower count, engagement rate, and content style/niche. • Generate periodic reports to track outreach progress, follow-ups, and conversion rates. - Team Collaboration & Onboarding Support • Coordinate closely with the Influencer Marketing Team to streamline onboarding processes for new influencers. • Share shortlisted profiles, insights, and data with the internal team for approvals and planning. • Assist in scheduling campaign briefings, follow-ups, and ensuring influencer deliverables are in line with brand guidelines. Requirements 1. Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. 2. Comfortable initiating conversations with new people and pitching collaboration ideas. 3. Good judgment and eye for spotting social presence and personal brand fit. 4. Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and content trends. Nice to Have 1. Past experience in influencer outreach, college events, or promotional campaigns. 2. Interest in grooming, fashion, or social media. 3. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets. What We Offer 1.
