Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a GeM Executive based in Delhi. The GeM Executive will be responsible for managing activities on the GeM portal, including uploading products, processing orders, handling queries, and ensuring compliance with GeM policies. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining product catalogs, updating pricing, processing payments, and coordinating with vendors and clients. Additionally, the candidate will handle documentation, track contract performance, and provide regular reports on GeM activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with the GeM portal and understanding of GeM policies and procedures

• Proficiency in maintaining product catalogs, processing orders, and managing documentation

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with vendors and clients

• Ability to track contract performance and provide detailed reports

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software

• Attention to detail and the ability to handle tasks accurately and efficiently

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred

• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
