Location: Shishuka Children’s Hospital (RT Nagar & Malleswaram)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
About Us:
Shishuka Children’s Hospital is dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare for children. We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic individual to oversee business development and administrative functions across our RT Nagar and Malleswaram branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase hospital visibility and patient footfall.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and community partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate on promotional activities.
- Manage administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, patient records, and billing processes.
- Oversee day-to-day operations at both branches to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with medical and support staff to enhance patient care and hospital efficiency.
- Prepare reports on branch performance, patient feedback, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
- Handle general administrative duties such as stock management, staff coordination, and facility maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, hospital administration, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively across multiple branches.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative software.
