# Job Title: Field Marketing Executive — Schools (Education Sector)
Location: Field-based (will visit schools across assigned territory)

## Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive, well-organized Field Marketing Executive to represent our brand in schools across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will build relationships with school decision-makers, run on-ground promotional activities, enroll schools into our programs, and gather market intelligence to drive adoption and local growth.
## Key Responsibilities
• Visit schools (public and private) regularly to present programs, build relationships with principals/administrators, and close partnerships.
• Plan and execute school-level marketing activities: demos, workshops, parent-teacher sessions, and roadshows.
• Achieve monthly targets for school sign-ups, leads, and conversions as set by the manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, creative) to deliver on-school materials, events, and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of school visits, contacts, follow-ups and update CRM daily.
• Collect feedback from schools, teachers, and parents; report local market trends and competitor activity.
• Train and guide school coordinators or part-time brand ambassadors when required.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed during all on-ground activities.
## Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). Education/Marketing degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of proven field marketing or school-sales experience; experience working directly with schools or the education sector is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
## Skills & Competencies
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; confident public speaker.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities with school administrators and teachers.
• Results-driven with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Organized, punctual, and able to manage time across multiple schools per day/week.
• Comfortable using smartphones and CRM tools (experience with Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and make field decisions aligned with company policy.
