We are looking for an experienced and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels including Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace management, listing optimization, campaign management, and sales strategy execution.
Manage day-to-day operations of Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and other online marketplaces.
Upload new product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
Optimize product listings for better visibility and conversion.
Monitor account health, order processing, returns, and customer feedback.
Plan and execute online promotions, offers, and ad campaigns to boost sales.
Analyze sales reports, traffic, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatches.
Handle claims, disputes, and communications with marketplace account managers.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and suggest improvement strategies.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplace accounts (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho).
Good understanding of SEO, paid ads, and marketplace algorithms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience) + Incentives
