About the Role: Rajni Intimates — a 37-year-old legacy lingerie brand transforming into a modern D2C house of brands — is looking for a dynamic, data-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online growth across India’s top marketplaces. You will be the driving force behind our online sales operations, responsible for setting up accounts, optimizing performance, and building a profitable presence on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and other emerging platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage Rajni Intimates brand accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and others.
• Oversee entire seller backend operations — catalogue setup, brand registry, tax and compliance setup, and pricing management.
• Ensure product listings meet each platform’s guidelines and are optimized for visibility and conversion.
• Coordinate with the graphic designer and content team to create attractive product images, A+ content, and brand store banners.
• Track daily sales, sessions, conversion rates, and ad ROI to drive profitability.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns (Amazon AMS, Flipkart Ads, and Meta where applicable).
• Track margins and P&L; for each platform account; identify cost leakages and recommend improvements.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and storytelling across all platforms.
• Collaborate with offline and social teams for integrated marketing efforts.
Who We’re Looking For:
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce accounts (lingerie / apparel background preferred).
• Deep understanding of Amazon and Flipkart Seller Central dashboards.
• Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of ad metrics, ACOS, and P&L; management.
• Basic design coordination skills and an eye for branding details.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
