Job Summary:
Miracle Hub Client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage daily operations on Myntra and Nykaa marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory coordination, order processing, returns/claims handling, and performance reporting. This role requires strong coordination, platform expertise, and operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing & Cataloguing:
Upload and manage listings on Myntra and Nykaa portals
Ensure accurate titles, descriptions, images, and product attributes
Optimize listings for search and maintain catalog health
Inventory & Stock Management:
Coordinate with warehouse to ensure stock accuracy and availability
Sync inventory across platforms to avoid overselling or stockouts
Oversee in-warding/out-warding processes
Order Management:
Monitor daily orders, dispatches, and delivery tracking
Coordinate with logistics teams for timely order fulfillment
Returns & Claims Handling:
Process returns and claims, and raise disputes when required
Analyze return trends and provide actionable insights
Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain records of orders, returns, and stock using Excel/Google Sheets
Share weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
Monitor SLA breaches and platform penalties
Other Responsibilities:
Support campaign and online sale planning
Ensure platform compliance for all listings
Perform quality checks on live listings and pricing
Key Requirements:
1–3 years of experience managing Myntra, Nykaa, or similar fashion marketplaces
Graduate (preferred: B.Com, BBA, or related fields)
Proficient in Excel and seller panel tools
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical mindset
