Job Title: Ecommerce Account Manager

Location: Science City

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Account Manager to manage and grow our online business relationships with key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain relationships with key ecommerce accounts.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
3. Develop and execute account strategies to meet sales targets.
4. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
5. Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve account performance.
6. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements:

1. 2-5 years of experience in ecommerce account management or sales.
2. Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (Flipkart, Amazon, Jiomart, Myntra
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
