Manage daily operations of all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Website, etc.)
Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Optimize product listings including titles, keywords, pricing, and content to improve conversions
Coordinate product launches, deals, promotions, and campaigns with marketing and marketplace teams
Maintain inventory levels, order flow, returns, and logistics coordination
Analyze performance data (traffic, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, etc.) to drive decisions
Ensure high product ratings & review management to maintain positive brand image
Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and promotional updates
Coordinate with internal teams—Marketing, Operations, Design, and Warehousing
Oversee budgeting, commercial planning, and marketplace compliance
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and share insights with management
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C websites)
Strong understanding of online sales funnels and performance metrics
Hands-on experience with marketplace seller dashboards (Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub)
Knowledge of SEO/keyword tools for e-commerce
Analytical, detail-oriented, and performance-focused
Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
