Monitor account health, listings, pricing, and promotional activities.
Optimize product listings with effective titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, sponsored ads, and promotions to increase visibility and sales.
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, pricing, dispatch, and order fulfillment.
Handle customer queries, returns, and escalations to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Maintain relationships with category managers and platform representatives.
Track competitor activity and market trends to stay competitive.
Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience managing e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, or D2C platforms).
Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, SEO for product listings, and PPC advertising.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Experience with advertising dashboards (Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Ads).
Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce CMS.
Familiarity with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, or DataHawk for performance tracking.
