Product Listing Management:
Create, upload, and manage product listings across multiple marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others.
Ensure accuracy of product data, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and attributes.
Collaborate with the design team to generate high-quality images and videos for product listings.
Catalog Optimization:
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility and ranking.
Continuously optimize titles, bullet points, and descriptions based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
Monitor and update content to align with market trends and seasonal campaigns.
Marketplace Operations:
Liaise with marketplace account managers to troubleshoot and resolve catalog-related issues.
Manage listing compliance and ensure adherence to platform-specific guidelines and policies.
Track listing health and performance metrics (e.g., buy box percentage, ASIN suppression, visibility).
Inventory & Pricing Coordination:
Work with the operations and logistics team to ensure correct inventory mapping across channels.
Monitor competitor pricing and coordinate pricing strategies to stay competitive.
Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze catalog performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Generate weekly/monthly reports on catalog status, listing errors, and optimization opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, design, tech, supply chain) to launch new products and campaigns.
Provide feedback on customer reviews and market insights to influence product development and marketing strategies.
