Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with prior experience in managing online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Blinkit, Instamart, and Zepto, along with excellent Excel skills and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management

Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across multiple platforms (Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, etc.).

Monitor account health, resolve performance alerts, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

Execute campaigns, track ROI, and optimize product visibility.

Quick Commerce Handling

Manage listings, pricing, and availability on Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and similar platforms.

Ensure product delivery readiness and smooth coordination with platform teams.

Reporting & Analysis

Generate and analyze sales, campaign, and performance reports.

Use advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.) to track performance and identify growth opportunities.

Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with marketing, operations, and design teams for promotions and campaigns.

Ensure timely communication with platform managers and resolve issues proactively.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.

Hands-on experience with Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, and quick commerce platforms.

Strong Excel skills – ability to handle data analysis, reporting, and automation.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong understanding of marketplace technicalities (listing processes, ads, backend dashboards, etc.).

Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
