We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Executive who has hands-on expertise in managing online marketplaces like Etsy, Amazon, and Myntra. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, catalog management, order processing, customer service, sales growth, and ensuring smooth operations across all e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product listings on Etsy, Amazon, Myntra and other marketplaces.

• Upload and optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing for better visibility and conversion.

• Monitor product performance, sales trends, and competitor activity to maximize revenue.

• Handle order processing, inventory updates, shipment coordination, and returns management.

• Manage customer queries, feedback, and ensure high service ratings.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discount strategies, and advertising on each platform.

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve account-related issues.

• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and logistics teams to streamline operations.

• Generate sales reports, analyze performance data, and suggest strategies for growth.

• Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and policies of Etsy, Amazon, Myntra & other marketplaces.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.

• 2–4 years of proven experience in managing Etsy, Amazon, Myntra accounts.

• Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and product ranking strategies.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of digital marketing/advertising campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Ads) preferred.
