We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven E-Commerce Manager to manage our online sales platforms, optimize product listings, drive traffic, and improve overall online sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, analytics, and marketplace management.
Manage and optimize listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, website, etc.).
Plan and execute online sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Monitor product performance, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
Coordinate with the marketing team for ad campaigns, SEO, and social media activities.
Analyze customer behavior, competitor activities, and market trends to improve sales.
Handle product uploads, catalog creation, and content optimization.
Manage order processing, returns, logistics coordination, and customer service escalations.
Track key KPIs (sales, ROI, AOV, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, etc.).
Prepare regular performance reports and suggest actions for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, sales) for smooth workflow.
Strong knowledge of marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and PPC ads.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and basic reporting tools.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, e-commerce, or a related field.
6 months to 2 years of experience in e-commerce management or online marketplace handling.
Experience in D2C, online retail, or digital marketing is an added advantage.
