Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Marketplace Management

• Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, and other platforms.

• Handle catalog creation, listing optimization, and content improvements.

🔹 Sales Growth & Performance

• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales and create performance reports.

• Analyze trends and implement strategies to increase conversions and revenue.

• Identify slow-moving or high-return products and take corrective action.

🔹 Advertising & Campaigns

• Plan and execute ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, Meta Ads if required).

• Optimize campaigns based on ACOS/ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.

• Coordinate with design and marketing for creative requirements.

🔹 Inventory & Operations

• Maintain accurate stock levels across all marketplaces.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and returns.

• Reduce order cancellations, delays, and listing errors.

🔹 Customer Experience

• Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and service-level compliance.

🔹 Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare sales, inventory, ads, and performance reports.

• Use tools like Excel, Sheets, and analytics dashboards for insights.

• Suggest improvements in pricing, listing, and product strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.

• Experience with listing optimization, keyword research, SEO.

• Good understanding of ads & campaign management.

• Hands-on experience with Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.).

• Strong communication and team coordination skills.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple categories and high product volumes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.

• 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations.
