We are looking for a skilled and driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales across various marketplaces and platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings on marketplaces and the company website

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or stock managers

• Process online orders and ensure timely dispatch

• Manage product pricing, promotions, and offers

• Coordinate with design and content teams for product images and descriptions

• Analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behavior for performance improvements

• Run paid ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meta/Google Ads, etc.)

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints across platforms

• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and platform policy changes

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms

• Good knowledge of SEO for product listings

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools

• Basic knowledge of advertising tools and campaign management

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
