We are looking for a dynamic Executive who can support our online sales operations and help us deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Telesales & Customer Support

• Call and follow up with leads from various sources.

• Convince customers to purchase products through the website.

• Guide customers with product information, features, and selection.

• Ensure smooth order placement and timely delivery coordination.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

2. E-Commerce & Order Management

• List and update products on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).

• Manage catalogues, pricing, stock updates, and product content.

• Process orders daily and coordinate with dispatch/logistics for shipment.

• Manage returns, replacements, and basic seller dashboard activities.

3. Website & Catalogue Handling

• Update website catalogue, product descriptions, images, and pricing.

• Track website orders and process payments through the platform.

• Ensure online catalogue accuracy and timely updates.

4. Social Media Posting

• Post content about products on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and Google Merchant Center.

• Share offers, new arrivals, and product highlights.

• Respond to customer queries on social media.

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and management teams.

• Maintain daily reports for leads, sales, and order tracking.

• Share feedback and suggestions to improve online sales.

Requirements

• Open to freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms preferred (training will be provided).

• Ability to use Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business effectively.

• Comfortable working with website dashboards (WIX/Shopify) — training will be provided.

• Good computer skills (email, MS Excel, and order processing).
