We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and manage our online business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our e-commerce platforms, driving online sales, managing digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
1. E-Commerce Strategy & Operations
Develop and implement the company’s e-commerce growth strategy.
Manage product listings, pricing, content, promotions, and online campaigns across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, Website, etc.).
Monitor website performance, traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.
2. Product & Catalog Management
Oversee product uploads, inventory management, and catalog accuracy.
Ensure product images, descriptions, keywords, and attributes are optimized for SEO and visibility.
Launch new product categories in alignment with business goals.
3. Marketing & Customer Engagement
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and affiliate programs.
Manage email marketing, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns.
Work closely with creative and marketing teams for banners, creatives, and content.
4. Marketplace & Vendor Management
Handle relationships with online marketplaces and account managers.
Negotiate promotions, deals, and advertising budgets.
Track and resolve issues related to product visibility, pincode serviceability, and customer feedback.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Analyze sales reports, ROI, and marketing campaign performance.
Track KPIs like traffic, conversions, AOV (average order value), and customer acquisition costs.
Provide regular business insights and recommendations to management.
6. Customer Experience
Ensure smooth checkout, payment, and return/refund processes.
Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to improve service quality.
Reduce cart abandonment and improve repeat purchase rate.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in e-commerce management.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
