About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online product listings, order processing, and customer coordination across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and company website.

• Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications accurately.

• Coordinate with the warehouse/team for order processing, inventory updates, and dispatch.

• Monitor product performance, ratings, reviews, and customer feedback.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and offers.

• Maintain reports related to sales, inventory, and marketplace performance.

• Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and policies.

Skills & Requirements:

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations will be an added advantage.
