Job Title: Welder – UPVC Doors & Windows

Location: Oragadam, Sriperumbudur, Chennai

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced UPVC Welder to join our UPVC doors and windows manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for precision welding of UPVC profiles, ensuring strong joints and high-quality finishing as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding of UPVC profiles using welding machines for doors, windows, and related products.

• Ensure accurate alignment and joints during welding to maintain strength and quality.

• Read and understand fabrication drawings and technical specifications.

• Conduct quality checks on weld joints to avoid gaps, cracks, or weak bonding.

• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and ensure proper calibration for accuracy.

• Follow safety standards and company SOPs in the workshop.

• Assist in assembly and finishing work when required.

• Coordinate with the fabrication team to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or relevant trade.

• Minimum 6 months –2 years of experience in UPVC profile welding (doors/windows).

• Knowledge of welding machines specific to UPVC fabrication.

• Ability to read fabrication drawings and work with accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
