Perform welding, gas cutting, and grinding operations as required during machine fabrication and repair.
Assist in assembling shot blasting and sand blasting machines, including fitting mechanical parts, linings, and accessories.
Work alongside senior technicians to understand machine designs, functions, and assembly requirements.
Carry out maintenance and repair work on shot blasting and sand blasting machines at customer sites or in-house.
Support in basic pneumatic connections and troubleshooting of air-operated parts.
Handle basic electrical panel connections (e.g., wiring between control panel and main power supply).
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Develop skills to become an independent expert in shot blasting and sand blasting machine servicing.
Practical knowledge of welding, gas cutting, and grinding.
Experience in mechanical assembly work, preferably in industrial machinery.
Basic understanding of pneumatics (air flow, valves, pipes, etc.).
Basic knowledge of electrical panel wiring and connections.
Ability to learn quickly from senior technicians and apply knowledge on the job.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
