Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team in Bhiwani, Haryana. The ideal candidate will have experience with Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate metal structures and components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding operations on various types of metals.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

• Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Inspect welded surfaces and structure to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Maintain welding equipment and report any faults or maintenance needs.

• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines in the workshop.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder (1–3 years preferred).

• Willing to work 12 HRS a Day.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures.

• Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to follow them.

• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy components.

• ITI/Diploma in Welding or similar field (preferred but not mandatory).
