We are looking for a Welder to join our team at Confidant Hr Services Llp. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹40000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Mig,Tig and Arc welding based on project Responsibilities

• Read and Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and technical specifications

• set up welding machines and select proper tools , gases and material for welding operation

• weld components in flat ,vertical or overhead positions

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
