VMC Machine Operator in Precision Mfg Company

Location : Manpada ner R-mall

Education : ITI /Diploma

Experience : 3-4yrs

Salary : 500/-for 8hrs

Job Description :

1. Set up and operate vertical machining centres (VMC) according to production requirements.

2. read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics ,

And tooling instructions.

3. monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision of produced parts.

4. Perform written maintenance and trouble shoot issues to maintain machine efficiency.

5. In process inspections of finished parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.

6. document production data and machine performance.

Key Skills :

Setting up of job on the machine, basic understanding of engineering drawing, basic 2D programming, has used mastercam software earlier and nose job posting.

Working day : Mon-sat

Time : 8 am - 8 pm (12hrs)

Compensation:

1. Diwali Bonus 32 days as per Calculation post completion of 1yr for all new joiners.

2. Gratuity after 5yrs(15days/year=8hrs/day)

3. If Sunday working Salary for the day is double.

Leaves Available:

15yrly paid leaves after completing 1yr
