Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and participate in government tenders, especially via GeM portal and other e-procurement sites.
Prepare and submit complete bid documents on time, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
Manage product and service listings, direct orders, and reverse auctions on GeM.
Coordinate internally to collect technical, commercial, and statutory documents.
Maintain tender trackers, analyze bid outcomes, and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Business, or related field.
1-3 years experience in tendering & bid management, with practical GeM portal expertise.
Good communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
