We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to join our team at Dhanistha Enterprises. The role involves day-to-day maintenance of electrical & mechanical systems in the Godrej plant in Malanpur. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12500 - ₹15000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Should coordinate with the team of the Godrej plant and manage spares.

• Should follow the instructions guided by the plant engineer & manager.

• Should manage the Manpower & deploy the daily routine maintenance work.

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
