Job Purpose:

To ensure the smooth, efficient, and profitable daily operation of a store or warehouse by overseeing staff, managing inventory, maintaining store standards, and providing excellent customer service.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Daily Store operations

2. Managing store opertor & Helper.

3. Monitoring inventory sheet and stock.

4. Ensuring excellent customer service

5. Maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards .

6. Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MS Office)

- Packaging good knowledge.
