We are looking for a Store Executive to manage and oversee daily store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth material handling at our Manesar facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or engineering industries and be well-versed in store and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods.

• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.

• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation with physical inventory.

• Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts departments for smooth operations.

• Ensure timely material availability for production requirements.

• Monitor material handling, labeling, and storage conditions to maintain quality standards.

• Handle ERP or inventory management software for data entry and reporting.

• Supervise loading/unloading activities and maintain safety standards in the store area.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on inventory and stock movements.
  

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain / Inventory Management / Commerce / Engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience in store operations (manufacturing sector preferred).

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle or similar).

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Email).
