Supervise installation and commissioning of bulk material handling chains at client sites.
Attend breakdown calls and resolve technical/mechanical issues on-site.
Perform preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and routine health checkups.
Coordinate with plant maintenance teams for seamless operations and product uptime.
Prepare and submit detailed service reports, visit feedback, and issue logs.
Conduct product demonstrations and support client technical training programs.
Maintain records of service tools, spare parts inventory, and site activities.
Follow all industrial safety standards and ensure compliance with client protocols.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Service Head or Technical Team.
Assist in warranty claim inspections, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and service audits.
Build long-term client relationships through proactive support and clear communication.
Travel extensively across regional, national, and international client locations as required.
Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in service, maintenance, or technical fieldwork.
Hands-on experience in mechanical servicing, preferably in cement, steel, or similar heavy industries.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial chains, and power transmission components.
Proficient in reading technical manuals, engineering drawings, and equipment schematics.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently to client locations (India & overseas).
Good command of English/Hindi and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with safety procedures and site-based work environments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional service team.
