Roles and responsibilities
Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
Demonstrating and presenting the machine after installation and service.
Monitoring machine and its equipment after service or installation.
Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
Delivering demonstration to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
Fill the service record sheet and sent it to the head office for future service reference.
Share the live location when going on service or machine installation.
