The candidate should have technical knowledge of machine operations, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth production with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate PVC extrusion machines as per production requirements.

• Monitor machine parameters and adjust settings to maintain product quality.

• Load raw materials and ensure continuous feed to the extrusion line.

• Conduct regular checks to ensure output meets quality and dimensional standards.

• Identify and troubleshoot minor technical issues in the machine.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.

• Record daily production reports and coordinate with the production supervisor.

Requirements:

• Experience in operating PVC extrusion machines (preferred in twin-screw/single-screw).
