Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities), rate analysis, and cost estimates for infrastructure projects.
Carry out quantity take-off from drawings and site execution works.
Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cost control to ensure alignment with contract provisions.
Assist in preparing tenders, bids, and contract documents as per government norms.
Verify and certify contractor bills, running account bills (RA Bills), and final bills.
Maintain and update measurement books (MB), cost records, and other relevant documentation.
Assist in claim preparation, variation orders, and dispute resolution.
Coordinate with design, site, and procurement teams for accurate cost management.
Ensure compliance with IS codes, CPWD/State PWD norms, and government specifications.
Provide progress reports, cash flow statements, and budget forecasts to management.
Conduct site visits to verify work progress, material consumption, and measurements.
