Job Role : Trainee - Quality

Work Location : MIDC, Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra 411026

Education : Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical/Automotive/Production/Industrial Engineering)

Experience : Min 1 year & Max 3 years

Industry : Press Tool & Sheet Metal Component Manufacturing

Job Purpose:

To assist the Quality department in day-to-day quality inspections, documentation, and process control activities, ensuring that press tools and sheet metal components meet required standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in in-process and final inspection of sheet metal components and tools.

• Support in tool dimensional validation using instruments like Vernier, micrometre, height gauge, dial gauge, profile projector, etc.

• Record inspection data and help in preparing inspection reports and documentation.

• Maintain calibration records and assist in ensuring calibration of measuring instruments.

• Help with data entry for quality records and traceability logs.

• Participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities in the Quality Department.

Key Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and GD&T

• Good communication and observation skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Other Requirement :

1. Aggressive Attitude.

2. Willing to stay near the plant location.

3. Medically fitness mandatory.

4. Work Discipline (Safety, Quality).

5. Communication on daily work management.

Monthly CTC : 24000/-

Working Hours : 8 Hrs (Excluding Breaks)

Shift : Rotational Shift
