Key Responsibilities

 Supervise and monitor in-process and final inspection of fasteners.

 Ensure compliance with DIN, ISO, ASTM, IS and customer-specific requirements.

 Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues and implement effective

Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

 Maintain quality documentation including inspection reports, tire cords and

Certificates.

 Ensure proper calibration and usage of inspection/measuring instruments.

 Coordinate with production department to resolve quality-related concerns.

 Participate in internal and external audits (ISO 9001 and customer audits).

 Promote continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejections and enhance

Product quality.
