We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Samtek Engineering And Gis Solutions Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines

• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

Train workers on quality standards and inspection techniques.

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in QC, preferably in machinery or industrial manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of measuring tools (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.) and QC documentation.

Understanding of welding, fabrication, assembly processes.

Familiar with quality tools like 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, etc.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
