JOB DESCRIPTION FOR QUALITY ENGINEER

Quality inspection of In-process material, packing materials and finished products like Chemical storage tanks, centrifugal fan, FRP Piping & Ducting, FRP chemical Reactor.

Ensuring continued compliance to the requirement of various product approvals & maintaining their validity

Development & preparation of documentation for QC function.

Review and submission of monthly report for non-conforming products.

Implementation of Quality, Environment and Safety & health management systems.

Reporting on various defects / complaints to Core Operations Team for suitable CA/PA immediately.

Interpretation of relevant standards IS / BS of glass fibre & composites

Thorough knowledge of Polymers & Glass fibre products.

Thorough knowledge of all quality parameters, their testing methods of glass fibre products & FRP products.

Desired Candidate :

Experience in continuous process industry / Glass fibre / Textile industry / FRP industry

Engineering Degree or Diploma

Preferable B.E Mechanical or in Polymer Engineering.
