Job Summery :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Assistance Specialist to support our fiber
optic operations. The role involves handling daily technical tasks, preparing documentation, conducting in-house product testing, and coordinating outsourced testing activities. The ideal
candidate should have knowledge in Electronics & Telecommunication or Mechanical field. He/She
must be able to read and understand English, take on responsibilities beyond the main role, and
use improvisation skills when needed. Strong organizational and communication skills are highly
valued
Key Responsibilities:
1. Follow up and ensure completion of daily task lists assigned by the reporting manager. 2. Prepare and maintain technical datasheets for fiber optic products and components. 3. Compile and analyze test reports from in-house and outsourced testing activities. 4. Develop and update technical specification sheets for internal and client use. 5. Handle and execute tasks delegated by the reporting person with accuracy and timeliness. 6. Conduct in-house tests on manufactured fiber optic products using standard testing
equipment. 7. Identify and coordinate with external laboratories for outsourced testing; follow up on
progress and results. 8. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams including production, quality, and
sales departments. Required Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or mechanical
(ITI with relevant experience of minimum 2 years also can apply)
0–1 years of experience in testing, quality or technical support. (Not mandatory)
Experienced in fiber optics field will be prioritize
Strong documentation and report-writing skills. (MS word & MS Excel)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: (Not mandatory)
Experience with fiber optic product development or manufacturing. Knowledge of telecom standards and testing protocols.
