Key Responsibilities:

Incoming Inspection:

Check the quality of incoming materials and components to verify they meet specifications. Prevent defects

from entering the production process.

Assembly Line Inspection:

Monitor and inspect the assembly process at various stages to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to

established procedures.

Functional Testing:

Perform tests on assembled panels to confirm they operate as designed and meet performance requirements.

Electrical Testing:

Conduct electrical tests to verify insulation, grounding, voltage levels, and other electrical parameters.

Final Inspection:

Examine finished panel boards for surface defects, wiring issues, and dimensional accuracy to ensure

compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions undertaken.

Reporting:

Prepare detailed reports on quality performance metrics and suggest areas for process improvement.

Training:

Assist in training production staff on quality control standards, procedures, and best practices.

Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis:

Investigate defects or issues, determine root causes, and recommend corrective measures.

Qualifications:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related fields preferred.

Strong knowledge of electrical standards, codes, and safety regulations.

Practical experience with panel board construction, testing, and troubleshooting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and testing procedures.

Good documentation and communication skills for clear reporting.

Attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
