Position Overview:
The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for monitoring production processes, inspecting materials and finished goods, identifying quality issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and documentation

• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner

• Conduct root cause analysis and suggest corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Maintain records of quality checks, test results, and inspection reports

• Support new mold trials and process improvements from a quality standpoint

• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and industry regulations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field

• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and familiarity with measurement tools, gauges, and quality standards

• Basic understanding of ISO standards and documentation practices

• Good communication and teamwork skills
